Cordell Jeffers

Cordell Jeffers is an award-winning changemaker, entrepreneur, and inspirational speaker whose life story is a masterclass in resilience. Born in Birmingham, Cordell faced early academic struggles and undiagnosed dyslexia, which led to his permanent exclusion from school. A pivotal turning point occurred when his mother sent him to the Caribbean to live with his strict grandparents– an environment that sparked a "paradigm shift" regarding resourcefulness and discipline. Cordell channeled this new mindset into entrepreneurial ventures, selling everything from UGG boots to GHD hair straighteners before finding his true calling in public speaking. Despite navigating profound personal tragedies, including a violent home invasion and the loss of his mother to COVID-19, he transformed his "hardship into purpose". Today, as a Prince’s Trust Ambassador, Cordell has impacted hundreds of thousands of young lives and has been formally recognised by King Charles for his dedication to social change.
