Grant Murrell is an international speaker, coach and NLP and hypnotherapy trainer who specialises in human behaviour: how people think, what holds them back and what their bodies give away. He has studied success since the age of 14 and started out in sales at 17, booking appointments by telephone, before spending 16 to 17 years teaching professional networking and serving as a director of a networking organisation. Earlier in his career he was also involved in investigation and intelligence work. In 2019 he founded Success Is A Formula, which coaches and mentors entrepreneurs, creatives, musicians and athletes under the banner "The Art of Extracting Latent Potential". Alongside his coaching and hypnotherapy practice, he carries out advisory work on crime and supports an ex-offender's charity that helps people make better choices. His focus today is helping people close the gap between who they are and who they could become.
