Mark Wright came to the UK as a backpacking Australian carrying dyslexia and real financial hardship, at one point sleeping on a mattress with nothing. He won The Apprentice in 2014, took Lord Sugar on as a business partner, and grew a digital marketing business from 230 small clients into a multi-million-pound company he sold for ten million pounds, collecting lawsuits, trolls and a hard education in visibility along the way.
The success carried a cost he now talks about openly: fame, burnout, and holidays traded for work. He has since moved back to Australia and rebuilt his life deliberately around balance and mindfulness.
